Standard Procedures
- All appointments will be confirmed.
- A $35 Lock-out fee will be charged if the cleaning crew is unable to access your home after your services are confirmed.
- Please have objects such as clothing, toys, etc. picked up prior to the cleaning crew arriving to clean your home.
- We accept all major credit/debit cards, Venmo, Cash App or you can leave a check for each visit on kitchen counter.
- A 4% processing fee will be applied with use of all credit/debit cards.
- Accounts 30 days past due are subject to a $15 late fee charge and/or service interruption.
